Terms of Service

(UPDATED 15th January 2025)Model commissions are discussed through Twitter or Discord Direct Messages.When my commissions are open, I will work in the order in which the commissions are received.I will only start your commission once you have paid in full.What I will do:
• OCs. (Depending on the fandom)
• Characters from shows.
• Furries.
• and more.What I will NOT do:
• Excessive Gore/Fetishes
• Hateful designs
• Overly Complex Ideas
• Paedophilia, Incest
• Edits of existing models/assets.The time it will take to complete your model can range from a week to a month or two, depending on my real-life work schedule or the complexity of the commission.Payment is collected through PayPal only.At the end of production, you will receive the Blender/FBX files for your commission, so you can edit them to your heart's content.I have the right to refuse a commission that is uncomfortable/inappropriate to work with.You cannot resell or redistribute my models.I can only do commissions through image reference sheets. Before commissioning me, I recommend you make an adequate reference sheet of what you want to be turned into a model, preferably in a T or A pose, and have a front and a side view of the character in said pose, it will help a lot in the modelling process.The price of your commission may vary from the initial prices shown, depending on the project's complexity.No refunds can be issued after I start your commission. However, you may cancel the commission any time before I begin.These commissions can be used for public or private use based on your preference.Progress will be shared as the model is made. You can suggest changes throughout the process.Credit must be attributed to me (ImmortalTheOwl) at all times.
